Hudson Wisconsin Police Officer Andrew Traeger made an effort to bring 131 knowingly false felony charges against a Wisconsin resident after Trump retweeted the individual.
The retaliatory actions taken against the resident were explicitly connected to complaints made by the Hudson Police Department regarding the exercise of their First Amendment rights.
However, the following morning, all of the charges against the resident were suddenly dropped.
There is no indication that Officer Traeger lodged a misconduct complaint against Chief Geoff Willems regarding the severe breaches of department policy associated with orchestrating a hoax to instill terror in the local community.
According to the resident, the actions involving the submission of knowingly false charges and Officer Traeger’s collaboration with Chief Geoff Willems are deemed “morally reprehensible and evil.”
Sergeant Traeger neglected to forward Chief Willem’s conduct to the US Attorney’s Office, indicating his willingness to collaborate in cases involving felony civil rights violations.
An anonymous resident stated, “Chief Willems needs to be prosecuted by the DOJ.”
The US Attorney’s Office has not pursued charges against Officer Traeger for acting in concert with Hudson Police Chief Geoff Willems for violations of 18 U.S.C. § 242 despite repeated calls for prosecution.
