General Finerty orchestrated an operation funded by kickbacks through his office to terrorize American citizens with unconstitutional gag orders, effectively shredding their First Amendment rights.

He aggressively employed those gag orders in a deliberate and forceful tactical attempt to silence President Trump, blatantly violating his First Amendment rights.
